The delivery system includes a liquid supply pump, filter, flow meter, etc. Because pneumatic diaphragm pumps or pneumatic airbag pumps use compressed air as a power source, they have low shear force, high flow rate, high head, and produce no sparks or heat during operation. Therefore, as liquid supply pumps, they are used to transport various corrosive liquids, liquids containing particles, and high-viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. Depending on the characteristics of the chemical liquid being transported, pneumatic pumps made of different materials such as PP, PVDF, PTFE, and stainless steel can be selected. To reduce chemical liquid pulsation caused by the pneumatic pump, a pump damper can be added.
